Delivery:
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 2-7 working days from time of order.

Postage Costs:
Postage costs are selected by the Buyer and added to the order when entering the Checkout (£3.95) usually for 2nd Class standard post  Postage costs will vary to ensure the items are covered in the event of loss or damage.  The Witchy Room cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping by the courier.

Saturday Delivery available at an extra cost.

When entering the Checkout, please select the appropriate postage charge for your delivery address.

The Witchy Room uses Royal Mail, Evri,  Parcel Force and DHL.  The Witchy Room reserves the right to use any delivery service deemed necessary.

All Delivery Services are governed by the Carrier concerned – we shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

International Shipping:
Please contact us for a quote as shipping costs vary, we will be happy to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition, so please obtain proof of posting in case there are any issues.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you must contact thewitchyroomuk@gmail.com to request a return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your Order.  Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 48hours of delivery. Any claim made outside of 48 hours will not be accepted.

Damaged Returns:
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned Goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 48hours of delivery. Any claim made outside of 48 hours will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media:
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data:
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
